Cancellation ,Refund & Late Policies

 At Organica Bodyworks, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations, and business meetings are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our commitment to providing a unique and outstanding integrative massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for a therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies: 

We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you ample time to complete the necessary client forms, change, and prepare for the session. All our services adhere to specific time schedules, and arriving early ensures a relaxed and unhurried experience. In the event of unavoidable late arrival, your service may be shortened to maintain the overall schedule. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. 

A charge equivalent to the full session rate will be invoiced for clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice or DO NOT cancel within a 48-hour timeframe. Exceptions will be made only in cases of bereavement, illness, or unforeseen transportation issues en route to the studio. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy. 

As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to our cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule permits, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. Your understanding and adherence to these policies are greatly appreciated. 

Refunds are NOT provided for payments or deposits made to secure massage, therapeutic services, or any services conducted outside the studio. The owner retains the authority to make the final decision on all refund matters. Clients utilizing Gift Certificates are advised that failure to provide notice of an appointment change within a 12-hour window will render their certificate VOID. All gift certificates have a validity period of 1 year from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and hold no cash value. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of these terms.
